Admission

We do not receive everyone who calls. We work with a select number of people each year, and every case is examined in detail before it is accepted. If your situation matters, begin here.

The process

I

Present your case

Complete the private form. Tell us the essentials: who you are, what situation you face, what you hope to achieve.

II

Private evaluation

We study the viability of your case with rigour and in absolute confidence. We accept only what we can carry through.

III

A direct answer

If your case is admitted, Toni or Patty will contact you personally to agree the next steps. No intermediaries.

The criteria

Whom we accept

Selectivity is not a pose. It is the condition of work done well.

We accept

  • Real situations, with something true at stake.
  • Cases where our intervention is feasible.
  • People who understand discretion as mutual.

We decline

  • Curiosity without a concrete case.
  • Promises no one can keep: judicial or medical outcomes.
  • Those in search of spectacle.

The submission

Admission is selective. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance: every case is examined in detail to determine its viability. An answer within 7 days at most, either way.

Your application has been received

It will be evaluated personally and in private. If your case is admitted, you will receive a direct answer within seven days at most. Your information will not be shared with anyone.

I

Working silence

Your case is studied personally. Never delegated. The initial silence is not distance: it is work.

II

An answer within seven days

You will receive an answer either way: admitted or not. No one is left unanswered.

III

A direct channel

If your case is admitted, the next conversation is private, with Toni or with Patty.
